Octagon Commercial Aluminum Market Umbrella from Offset Umbrellas is a quality umbrella with a canopy made using your choice of Sunbrella fabric or Outdura fabric-- covered by a 5-10 year warranty*. This fabric is known for its durability against the elements and its high resistance to staining and fading. While customizing this umbrella, the Alternating Fabric Option will allow you to choose a different fabric for the alternating panels. Do you need a logo printed on your umbrella? To customize your umbrella, please select all choice options before adding to cart. For logo umbrella orders: Order your umbrella as normal. Choose all options you would like to include with your umbrella. After your Logo Umbrella order is placed, a customer service representative will contact you within one business day with instructions on where to upload your logo. A proof will be submitted to you for approval with exact logo and/or text placement. When approved, the printing process will begin!

* Sunbrella Awning Grade fabrics feature a 10 year warranty against staining and fading. Sunbrella Furniture Grade fabrics feature a 5 year warranty against staining and fading. Outdura Fabric features a 5 year warranty against staining and fading. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning or damage from misuse or abuse.

Minimum 3-4 weeks from receipt of payment and approved graphics for all orders with printing; Rush Charge of 30% would apply to expedited orders requiring faster delivery Freight quote: to be determined based on quantity Freight quote, if provided, is intended solely as an estimate of freight cost. However, as we do not control freight rates and charges from our chosen carriers, freight costs will be charged to you as incurred regardless of quote provided.

To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Offset Umbrellas, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Offset Umbrellas will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Offset Umbrellas. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Offset Umbrellas. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Offset Umbrellas Return Procedure will be breached and Offset Umbrellas will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Offset Umbrellas will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Offset Umbrellas charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Offset Umbrellas prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Items with Free Shipping:
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. Please inspect the package when it arrives to determine if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If damage during shipping is discovered after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.

Offset Umbrellas offers a 1 year basic warranty on this product to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. During this period Offset Umbrellas will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.

This warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged by user error, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized repair companies. Under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages. This limited 1 year basic warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state where you live. Batteries and plastic housings are not covered by warranty.
